Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are weight dependent and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times and delivery estimates may be longer than expected.

USPS Priority Mail Express

Shipping is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Continental United States.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@lulugameshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS   

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  •     New Board Games Which Have Been Opened  
  •     New Puzzles Which Have Been Opened  
  •     New Products Which Have Been Opened  
  •     Clothing, Plush Toys, and Paints  

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

Please Note

  •        A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.     
  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
